In addition to losing inches quickly,
T-Tappers report amazing improvements in health as well.

Teresa,
Your workout is the best! I just wanted to email you to say that even
women in the technical field are trying to have balanced lives. One of the
ways to achieve balance in life is to exercise! I am glad that I found
T-TAPP!
I am Asian, 5'2", small-boned. 13 years ago, I came to the United
States to pursue an advanced degree. At that time, I was a size 0 (96
lbs). I started gaining when I got hired by my employer. Cafeteria food and
the ability to afford and eat what I want is probably the culprit of my
weight gain. Got married in 1990, had a baby boy after 6 years of trying,
but went to a size 10 after the baby was born 21 months ago. This
February, I started your workout and lost 4 inches in a week! Got so
motivated since I have never seen such drastic inch loss! Was a size 8 and
became a size 6 in a month. Now trying to get to a 4 before my in-laws
arrive from the Philippines in a few weeks.
My company had a wellness screening yesterday. Aside from inches and lbs. lost, I also learned that I improved in all of wellness measures. I did not change my diet at all, and I love ribeye steak!
- Cholesterol: from 200 to 167.
- Body fat: from 37% to 22%.
- Bone density (for osteoporosis risk): from 1.1 to 2.1. (A colleage who
uses the Nordic track and Torso something is in the high risk of having
osteoporosis. She asked me what I did, and I said t-tapp).
- Waist to hip ratio: 0.74. The lady who measured me said I am so fit!
- Glucose: 99 (no prior data on this one). The guy who measured it said it
was a good score since I had already had breakfast.
Another friend who always had to battle high cholesterol improved her score
too. She has been T-tapping for 4 weeks. Now, she does not need to take
medicine to check her cholesterol level anymore. She is so impressed. Her
husband wants to do t-tapp too.
What is the bottom line? T-tapp delivers a general improvement on health!
Sincerely,
Lorna Reyes, Ph.D.
